Can I buy materials from you and install them myself? A) Yes, we are a retailer of all of the items found in this site. Q) Can’t I just buy these same products at my local lumber yard? A) No, most products carried on this site are not offered by lumber yards with the same quality. Lumber yards are typically selling products that can be moved in large volumes, so that means less quality and although some may carry similar products you are typically dealing with a sales clerk who has little knowledge of the installation process or specifications of the materials. Q) Will I be able to clean mold or mildew off vinyl products? A) Yes, products offered in fence, deck, porch column or railing are designed to be non-porous and as a result mold and mildew will wipe off. Q) Will vinyl break? A) Yes and no. Quality is the determining factor of whether vinyl will break. It is based on the quality of material used to make the vinyl, the thickness of the gauge of the walls, supporting materials such as galvanized rails and post mounts inside railing and post. The products we offer are not susceptible to breakage under normal wear. Q) Can you customize material for specific jobs? A) Yes, we customize jobs regularly as long as the request leaves a safe product when completed. There are typically added expenses involved with such requests. Q) Can I buy fence, deck, or railing over the internet like the arbors? A) Yes, however you cannot order it directly though the shopping cart.
